On Weight Loss and Being Fit

Now that the "Ber" months have started, most of us anticipate reunions and festivities. Not only will there be a lot of gifts going around but rest assured that a lot of pounds will pretty much be showing up here and there.


Against those who are actually going through an ordeal trying to lose weight and losing it, we came across a site named Sarah Fit: A Healthy Living Blog from YouTube fitness guru, Sarah Dussault.




You might think: "Hey, here's another one of those fitness blogs, blah, blah, blah."

We think, it's the real deal.

She has great videos with advice and proper training techniques on how to lose pounds or how to tone your body. The blog is updated almost everyday, so be sure not to miss an entry!

Remember, it does not hurt to gain a few pounds. Some people look great in gaining a few. Stepping over the healthy limit is what we should watch out for, and this blog is definitely one of the few options  worth checking out.

  1. Like I said, I'm healthy and actually still want to gain a few, of course muscle mass. On the other side my girlfriend wants to lose weight and joined a fitness club, but I would feel stupid giving her the address of this blog.

    1. We will write about gaining muscle mass if we come across a website that might be worth sharing. Joining a fitness club is great hehe, used to do that when I had time.
